As guarantee for your booking, we will ask you the details of a valid credit card with its expiry date, or the advance payment of the first night by bank transfer or charge on a prepaid card. The credit card will be verified. The payment for the full amount due will be made upon arrival at the hostel.

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the expected date of arrival do not involve any cost.

Late cancellations or no-shows (check-in closes at 1:00 AM) result in a charge for the first night. Any bank transfers or advance payments will not be refundable.

Cancellations will be considered valid only if received in writing.

Different prices on online agencies are due to the different cancellation policies they apply.

According to Art. 13 of Leg. Dec. 196/2003, "Code regarding the protection of personal data", we inform you that the personal data provided to us or otherwise acquired in the course of the activity carried out by CentralHostelBG will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that govern our activity.

The personal data subject to processing will be used exclusively for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relations with customers and potential customers, in accordance with the fulfilment of legal obligations, including those of a fiscal and accounting nature.

The provision of your personal data is optional but necessary for the execution and management of the contractual relationship. Your personal data will not be transferred to other commercial entities.
